I have spent an hour or two each afternoon this week with my Robin and he is coming along nicely. I really like this design :) and I love how much faster silk shading is when you use wool instead of silk!
Your crewel work is gorgeous, Elaine. Looked at your previous post and saw the original designs by Nicola Jarvis. They're lovely. Where is the William Morris Gallery?

I was so happy when I saw your link Elaine as I was sure it meant more done on your William Morris wee bird and I was right, it is coming along so beautifully, thanks for sharing the growth of such a lovely design. You stitches are so tiny and perfect. Cheers Glenda
Beautiful work Elaine -- I guess I need to track back to find the design and the inspiration ! What you've done is just stunning. Thanks for sharing. Karen
