TrunkShow

Soma over at Whims And Fancies is hosting an online quilt trunk show.

There are some fantastic quilts already linked up HERE I thought that it would be fun to join in, here are some of the quilts I have made over the last couple of years. Embroidery seems to have taken over my life lately, looking at these I am really itching to start quilting again!

And finally, a lot of time was taken up these last two years with a group project to celebrate the 800th Anniversary of the sealing of the Magna Carta. I was one of 25 quilters who made these stunning quilts. They are just back from Houston, so they are very well travelled! You can find out more on our website http://www.magnacartaquilt.co.uk

  8. What a great variety of quilts and quilty things you've made. Although I don't often comment I do follow and enjoy your blog. I really enjoyed seeing the sampler just above the Magna Carta project and that embroidered quilt made for a friend is gorgeous. Thanks for the really nice trunk show!

  12. An incredible display, and to think so many of them are Hand quilted! Fantastic! I especially liked the 9 patch quilt where they are connected by triangles. It took me a minute to figure out the geometry! The grid of stars looks like it's dancing! Beautiful! I love the giant feathered star too, what a beautiful border Fab!! cheers!

  17. It is so much fun to see your trunk show. I really love the quilt made from embroidered squares. But I must say I so drawn to the photo in your header! That charming house with the thatched roof and the sunflowers. It's like a story book setting.
